GetMyMeal.com is a service of SLC Innovations ("GetMyMeal", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the restaurant ordering websites we host.
Who this covers
Two groups use GetMyMeal: restaurant owners who sign up for our service, and diners who place orders on a restaurant's GetMyMeal-powered website. This policy applies to both.
Information we collect
- Restaurant owners: the account and business details you give us — name, email, phone, restaurant address, menu content, and hours.
- Diners: the information needed to place and deliver an order — your name, delivery or pickup address, phone number, email, and the contents of your order.
- Payment information: when a card is used, card details are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store complete card numbers on our own systems.
- Automatic information: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and server logs to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To transmit each order to the restaurant it was placed with — by fax, email, or text message — and to send order confirmations.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the service, and to provide customer support.
- To communicate with restaurant owners about their account.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with the law.
How we share it
We share a diner's order information with the restaurant that order was placed with, so it can be prepared and fulfilled. We use trusted third-party providers for functions such as payment processing, email, and message delivery, and share only what those functions require. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Restaurant owners can update most account details directly from their dashboard.
Children
Our service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above.
